I snore loudly and always have. It’s never been a problem for me, just for those around me. I have always snored especially loudly when tired or after drinking. When my wife started insisting I have a sleep study because I snore, I not surprisingly resisted. I eventually went and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I was given a CPAP machine, a Continuous Positive Air Pressure Machine, which pumps air into a mask over my face in order to keep sagging tissues aside so you can breathe freely. It takes some time to get used to it, but I now get a great night sleep every night!
